Okay, our skin, naturally have a lot of build up on surface of the skins and naturally skin wolf exfoliate. So if you ever need like a nose area, i will use the back just to gently massage. So normally what i do is i wet my face. First, you got to wear your face. First then, i pour the cleanser cleanse cleansing, foam or cleansing gel on here turn on the machine. Then i do a gently circular motion just like this okay and then just do it like that. All you need about is 30 40 seconds thats. All you dont need to go in back and forth, left and right, because that will be too much. Okay, just go in one time like this, and then you will start notice that your skin is very, very clean and in the back like i think i showed this one already. The touch point here, silicone touch point is definitely thicker, so you can use this more. Like a nose area right here, i do want to tell you to be careful around my eye. Dont get too close and um, because if you do, it could be too much. Oscillation right here can pull the skin too much, and i also work on my neck area behind my ear, its water resistant. I believe a lower beauty box, i cant remember which box i got it from so i didnt pay full price, but its a full size product its by dr brandt and its the microdermabrasions. Oh, my goodness. I absolutely love this, as you may know that a lot you can buy a scrub for the face everywhere right. I definitely recommend you buy the scrub that the little beads in there you want to buy. The man made one, not the natural one, like apricot. The reason why is its not because they are bad for you it just our skins are much more delicate, more so um thinner if you use the very rough edge to exfoliate your skin, and if you do it too much or too hard youre actually going to Cut the skin a little bit or it just cause too much damage. So this one is absolutely amazing, its a very refined texture. It has a very clean calming sense and again, by the way i dont recommend you use the cleansing device and exfoliate. In the same day, okay, too much you have to pick one or the others.

So when you see i can show you here, you barely see the beads, but you can feel very gently on the skin and the best way to use this. You always want to start wet your face and make sure your face is already clean. Okay, what you dont want to do have a dirty face to do. This is defeat a purpose, so cleanse your face. This it work, but its not something you do every day, because too much exfoliation is going to cause dehydration for the skin. So you will probably only use this once a week if you have normal oily skin. If you have a dry skin, i would probably use like twice a month.

If you have a sensitive skin um, i definitely recommend you try a little bit on the behind the ear or inner arm. Make sure you dont have reactions or what you can do.
